We believe you'll be delighted with your Drop By Drop purchase. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 60 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund, orders will need to be returned at the customer’s expense within 60 days of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bloom & Bloom Organic, Dorphs Alle 10, D, 2630 Taastrup, Denmark.

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

If you purchased a Drop By Drop Bundle, all products within the bundle must be returned—partial refunds will not be issued.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
